Our team possess adverse knowledge and understanding of the Uganda legal frame work related to land acquisition. Our fi m has supported the acquisition of land for projects including mining, sugar plantation, construction etc.

We have participated in Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) studies from the onset and advised on land matters from planning to implementation. We have also acquired knowledge in all social aspects related to land acquisition and have participated in implementing local grievance mechanism structures to resolve onset social issues.

Our possess the knowledge to understand the application of the required best practice standards to projects based on the project funding source like Government of Uganda, World Bank (IFC), African Development Bank etc.
